This session will focus on two of the most effective foundational strategies for creating positive classroom environments. In this session, middle school and high school staff will gain insights into how the practices of having clear expectations and providing effective feedback can foster consistency, reduce stress, and enhance students' engagement. These practices align with trauma-informed approaches, supporting students’ SEBH needs while also improving overall classroom culture.
